The board of directors of ÅF has appointed Jonas Gustavsson as new President and CEO. Mr Gustavsson will assume the post by August 1st, replacing Jonas Wiström who is stepping down after 15 successful years at the helm.

ÅF has been contracted by CEJN to build a new assembly line in Skövde, Sweden. The assignment is an end-to-end solution for which ÅF will supply turnkey equipment for assembly of quick connect couplings. The order value is just over SEK 11 million. Commissioning is scheduled for spring 2017.

The ÅF colleague hurdled great and ended up on a fifth place – two tenth of a second from an Olympic place. The rain was pouring down at the Stockholm Stadio. During the whole evening the crowd was reminded that the star of the night should run the 100 meter hurdles at 20:37. Sanna entered the arena. The atmosphere was filled with joy, cheers and good vibes.

ÅF won an order from Semper to develop and deliver a new production system for its factory in Götene. The new production system gives Semper increased traceability, improved product safety and better working conditions for operators.
